Robert W. Haddock, Sr, 74, was welcomed into heaven on Saturday, February 25, 2023, in Pearland, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Ray Haddock; mother, Mary Lincecum; and sisters, Virginia Hancock and Eva McNew.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Robert Haddock and wife, Cara, Jason Haddock and wife, Leigh Anne, David Daily and wife, Kristine; daughter, Krista Campbell and fiancé, Brandon; his brother, Charles Ray Franklin; his aunt, Maudine Ellington; his grandchildren, Violet, Emma, Taylor, Trent, Colt, Gavin, Garity, Ronin, Logan, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

Robert, known to his grandchildren as “Rusty’s PawPaw” and “Gumpy,” was a quiet and reserved man. He was a skilled craftsman with a love of collecting and refurbishing antique BB guns and straight razors. Robert was an avid gamer who was looking forward to teaching his granddaughters how to play his favorite video games. By trade, Robert was a welder. However, he could fix or build just about anything. He cherished time spent with his family and adored his chocolate lab, Rusty, who passed away a few years ago. His impact on the lives of those who loved him will forever be felt. .

Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services for Robert will be on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. A visitation is scheduled from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
