I lost my uncle Dannye Spencer on March 2nd, 2023. I grew up with him, he was eight years older than me. My grandmother Bessie (Mom) raised me until I was ten years old, so to me he was more of a brother. He always looked out for me and really didn’t want me hanging out with him and his girlfriend, Judy (Polson) Spencer. He wrote to me two months ago and told me he loved me, and to always put God first and family second! I love you, Dannye, you will be missed.
