Obituary of Alan Edward Fuller

Alan Edward Fuller, 88, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Percy and Kate Fuller; son Alan Vincent Fuller; and brother John Fuller. He is survived by his loving wife, of 65 years, Nancy Fuller; daughters Jill Drennan and husband, Russell, Jennifer Barto and husband, Rick; sister-in-law Patricia Fuller, and a host of many other family and friends.

Alan was born in Haverhill, England on June 13, 1934. He served in the British Armed Forces before coming to the United States. It took Alan five years, to become an American citizen, which he was extremely proud of. He worked for the Local Union 716 as an electrician for 64 years. Alan was a wonderful provider for his family, and he traveled all over the world working as an electrician. Alan and his wife, Nancy, purchased five acres in 1962 in the Pearland area. At that time, it had two trees on it. Today, it has a forest of all types of trees. Alan definitely had a green thumb and loved tending to his garden and his fruit and pecan trees. He loved the Lord and was strong in his faith. Alan and Nancy were members at New Life Lutheran Church for many years. He also enjoyed being outdoors and especially with family. He and Nancy traveled all over the United States and enjoyed camping in their camper. Early on, their camping trips were in the car with their family. Alan will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services for Alan will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at New Life Lutheran Church, in Pearland, Texas. The visitation is scheduled from 9:30 – 10:30 am. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, with Pastor Clayton Faulkner officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery, in Pearland, Texas.
