Obituary of Ed Lyndon Roque Leonardo Lopez

Ed Lyndon Roque Lopez, 52, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He is preceded in death by his father Eduardo Lopez. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Cleopatra Leonardo Lopez Villines; loving wife Analiza Lopez; daughters Anjean Lopez and husband, Alvis, Ashley Chloe Lopez and husband, Mikoh, Audrey Claire Lopez; brothers Jude Lopez, Ed Martin Lopez, and many other family and friends.

Lyndon was born on October 18, 1970, in Alicia, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. He was the oldest of three boys, and he had a wonderful sense of adventure that began when he was a young boy. His father was a military man and whenever the family transferred location Lyndon loved to ride helicopters. Growing up, he was an active member of the boy Scouts of the Philippines. He graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Medina College, in Oazmis City. Lyndon met the love of his life, Analiza, whom he was with for 36 wonderful years, and married for 20 years.

He was an adventure seeker and loved road tripping, scuba diving, and motocross. He also loved singing karaoke, and talking and bonding with relatives even when they were far away through Facebook messenger. Lyndon was an extremely giving man who enjoyed helping others in the Philippines, donating to those effected by the typhoon, and donating clothing and food to those who were also dialysis patients like himself. Lyndon fought a good fight, he gave it all, until his last breath. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services for Lyndon will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 1:30 – 4:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm, with father Mike Barrosa officiating.
