IN REMEMBRANCE OF A LOVED ONE
Sometimes, the good die young. An ancient adage which at first glance appears contrary to the idea of fairness but gains a measure of acceptance when the passing of a loved one is viewed within the context of the purpose of life. After viewing Brandon's eulogy on video, it became quiet obvious that the soul of a good man had risen into it's rightful place in heaven. The many stories told by his loving friends and family can only attest to his obedience of God's covenent commands; to love Him and his fellow man. It appears that Brandon did not stop at his fellow man but extended it to the very creation of God's gift.
Respectfully,
Charles and Olga Garza

I will remember Brandon's sometimes raucous sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and unconditional love for his family, friends and all those dogs. His heart grew exponentially after becoming a husband and dad. You could tell his family was an infinite source of joy.
He made people laugh and for those lucky enough to have known him, he always sent Happy Birthday wishes on Facebook. I loved that. I have no doubt Brandon's memory will endure through the limitless funny stories told about him, his lovely daughter, and all the warm memories we hold of his cheerful spirit. Rest in peace.

Brandon, you had a Texas-sized heart for sure! You stood up for what you believed and gave a voice to those without one. You will be missed. God’s peace to your family. Until we meet again….

My lil brother Abdude was the kindest gentle Giant you have ever met. He loved family. He loved his friends. And he loved dogs. He did not like seeing people upset or in turmoil. He tried to be everyone’s counselor. Even the dogs loved him. And he loved giving hugs. He was born to be the jokester, comedian. Even at the end he was trying to make us smile. He showed us , in his short-but well lived life, how we should love and treat others. To honor him we should be more kind to one another and Be role models of Kindness. There is a picture of him and Mia, he has a shirt on that says,
“ Do Better”!

In school, I was a smaller guy and so obviously picked on. Brandon always checked on me and continued as a great friend even though he could have just walked. I hope you knew how much that meant to me. I thank you for showing me integrity and character. God Bless and Rest In Peace Brother.

The finest of men. I was privileged to coach you one year, probably at 15 years of age. You were very dedicated then and were serious about your soccer while others were still being boys. You were easily the leader of the team on and off the field. Was so proud of you when you became the MVP of the High School All Stars. Then about 15 years later you ran down your old coach in a game and stuffed my cross. I didn’t realize you had some wheels.
God Bless you Brandon

In the loving hands of our Creator, may our dear friend Brandon rest. His soul and generous heart touched many lives throughout his time on earth. As he cared for our dog on numerous occasions, let us remember the grace with which he treated all creatures. May we find solace in cherished memories and enduring faith amidst this time of bereavement. Brandon was definitely one of the good guys.

Our relationship with Brandon and all his family goes back many years. We have shared so many wonderful memories, soccer teammates, weddings, children, graduations, silly and sad stories. Both he and his family are super special to us and dearly loved. I am sad to lose such a wonderful friend, but honored that he was and always will be a part of our lives.
Sending hugs and love to all the Abshire family and friends.
