Obituary of Kristen Barrett

Kristen Barrett, 41, passed away on April 13, 2011. She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Barrett and sister, Lauren Vaughan. Kristen is survived by her mother, Patricia Dunning and her husband, Phil; her sister, Kellie Morton; and Mike Morton, who Kristen always referred to as her Dad; as well as many other family and friends. Throughout her childhood, Kristen was a gifted athlete that excelled in softball. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time at the beach. Kristen became an effective salesperson and was quite successful in this field. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her and she will remain in our hearts and memories forever. A Funeral Service for Kristen will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home with Brodon Park and Dr. Bob Joiner officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at First United Methodist Church at 2314 Grand Blvd., Pearland, Texas 77581.
