Obituary of Jane Lee Storrie
Jane Lee Storrie, left us to cherish her memories on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the age of 92.
Jane was born in Denton, Texas to George and Delsie Piott. She is preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Jane Hale and now they are united in eternity.
Jane was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, known as Mom, Grandma Jane and Gigi. She is survived by her children John H. Storrie and his wife LeAnne of Pearland, Rene’ Miller and her husband John of Katy, Laura Lewis and Joe Ray of Pearland.
Jane’s love knew no bounds and her family was her pride and joy. She loved her babies with 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, who brought endless joy to her life. She cherished every moment spent with them and leaves behind beautiful memories.
Jane’s journey through life was nothing short of extraordinary. After having 4 children, she embarked on a successful modeling career with Neiman Marcus. Her grace, style and poise endeared her to many. She then transitioned into Interior Design and managed her own business for many years.
Jane will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. A celebration of her life will be held on November 18th, with a private service in Palacios, TX, followed by a family gathering in Pearland.
