Obituary of Joyce Jean Lee

Joyce Jean Lee, 87, passed away November 8, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Aline Gibson; loving husband, Linton Lee; son Danny E. Lee: brother Jimmy A. Gibson; and grandson Kyle Owens. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Donna Margiotta and husband Anthony, Cindy Zabka and husband Steve, Linda Szuma and husband Tony; son Ricky Lee and wife, Leslie; brother Robert S. Gibson; sister Alice L. Jones; seven grandchildren and. six great grandchildren.

Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who cherished her family. She was married to the love of her life, Linton Lee, for 50 years until he passed away in 2003. Joyce had a successful career as a dental assistant and office manager. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, listening to music, shopping, and gardening. Joyce loved going out to eat, especially seafood. She was a wonderful cook who enjoyed watching the Food Network and loved preparing her favorite dishes for her family. Joyce loved the holidays and special occasions and spending time with family. She was affectionately known as “Nana” or “Grandma” by all her grandchildren. In her younger years Joyce and Linton enjoyed dancing, bowling, and playing golf together. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
