Obituary of Cindy Ann Aguirre

In loving memory of Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Aguirre Schneickert, born on May 10, 1971 in Corpus Christi, TX and peacefully passed away on December 19, 2023 in Houston, TX. Cynthia is preceded in death by her father, Arturo R. Aguirre. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffery Vincent Schneickert, her loving mother, Mary Ann Goates Aguirre, her brothers Arturo G. Aguirre, and Alberto G. Aguirre, brother and sister in laws Aaron and Jane Schneickert, brother and sister in law Jon and Sally Schneickert along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Cindy graduated May 17th, 1997 from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. She proceeded her career as a Compliance Officer at JP Morgan Chase for over 16 years.  Cindy met the love of her life, Jeff, in 2013 in Walnut Creek, CA. They were married June 15th, 2022 in Lampasas, TX. They established their home in Kemper, TX in 2020 and moved to Pearland, TX in 2023.  

Cindy had a love for running, and proudly finished a half marathon in the Chevron Houston Marathon in the early 2000’s. Cindy also had a love for Barbies and was an avid collector for most of her life. She was a devoted fur baby mom who loved her dogs, Diva and Rousey, and cat Miesha. Cindy was an incredible daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend. She was loved by so many, was beautiful both inside and out with her caring heart, intelligent mind and faith in the Lord. Cindy will be missed, but never forgotten. May she rest in peace in the house of the Lord.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Cindy’s life at Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546 on January 6th at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Cindy’s name.
