Obituary of Sheryl Lynne Greiner
Sheryl Lynne Greiner passed away on July 29, 2024 at the age of 62.
Sheryl was born on September 21, 1961 in Pasadena, Texas to the loving parents of Theodore Raymond Triplett Sr. and Georganna Hastings Triplett. She began her community involvement early by participating in the Pearland High School Choir and Pearland High School Prancers. After high school, she married her high school sweetheart, Kevin Greiner, sharing over 40 wonderful years together.
Sheryl attended the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors society and gradated Summa Cum Laude in 1986. After receiving her Bachelor’s, Sheryl went on to start her own business, CompSol, Inc., which operated as a computer procurement company; quickly becoming known for delivering quality products along with unparalleled customer service. Sheryl was known as the person who could not only procure that hard to find electronic, but whom could deliver anything, anywhere.
Beyond work, Sheryl was also known for her community involvement and family-oriented nature; she was an active volunteer of such groups as the PTA, the Girl Scouts, the Pearland High School Marching Band, Keep Pearland Beautiful, and the Pearland Aggie Mom’s Club throughout her life. Sheryl further served her community as a board member for the City of Pearland’s Planning and Zoning Committee for 4 years.
A woman whom loved her family above all else and who could always be counted on to be there for those in need. Sheryl will be missed beyond words by her loving family. Survived in death by her mother, Georganna Triplett; her husband, Kevin Greiner; her children, Jonathan Greiner (spouse Katrina); Christopher Greiner, and Rebecca Greiner; her grandchildren, Jackson Greiner and Annabelle Greiner; her siblings, Sharon Perry (spouse James), Theodore “Bubba” Triplett (spouse Cherie), George Triplett (spouse Tammy), and Brian Triplett (spouse Tracy); her nieces and nephews, Theodore “Buddy” Triplett (spouse Sarah), Charlie Triplett (spouse Margaret), Lauren Perry (spouse Michael), Matthew Perry, Mara Triplett, Zane Triplett, Cole Triplett, Nolan Triplett; and 4 grand nieces and nephews. Resting in peace, she joins her father, Theodore “Teddy” Triplett.
