Billie Dean Fultz, 81, passed away on May 23, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Amy Fultz; and brother, Larry Fultz. Bill is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Paddy Sue Fultz; son, Bill D. Fultz Jr.; daughter, Deana Higgs and her husband Pete; brothers, Jerry Fultz and Mike Fultz; grandchildren, Erik Fultz, Erin Moreno, Ryan Fleming, Kyle Fleming, and Natalie Davidson; great grandchildren, Chloe Moreno and Atom Moreno; and a host of many other family and friends.
Bill always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone. He was fond of gardening and raising tulips that he had flown in from Holland. Bill enjoyed growing tulips and all the challenges that came along with this endeavor. He also enjoyed woodwork projects around the house. Bill was a very determined individual and there was no project he couldn’t tackle; from building a deck in the backyard to repairing a door. He was a wonderful husband and father and always provided for his family. Bill and Sue traveled all over the world and thoroughly adored their many family vacations. Bill enjoyed photography and liked taking pictures of castles and other structures during their travels. He was affectionately known to his grandkids and most of his family PePaw. Bill will always be remembered for his ability to see goodness in everyone and for his positive spirit. Bill did have one weakness; and that was his love of sweets and that was for cakes and pies and everything sweet. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
