Obituary of Glenn C. Rohan
Glenn C. Rohan passed away on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at the age of 78. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph F. and Jewel (Pierce) Rohan; sisters, Lola Beaty and Beverli McKibben; and Stepmother, Ora Mae Rohan. Left to cherish Glenn’s memory are his wife of 42 years, Carol (Dalmolin) Rohan; son, Jeremy W. Rohan and wife Michelle; brother, Glen H. Cress and wife Sharon; brother-in-law, sister-in-law and niece John, Gale and Jennifer Fisher; and a host of many other nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Glenn proudly served his county in the United States Air Force for 4 years, 2 of which were in Vietnam. Glenn’s father was instrumental in developing his incredibly vast knowledge of mechanics and innate ability to decipher problems and provide solutions. These attributes led to his career towards the welding industry which began with Gulf Oxygen. While there he directed the repairing and selling of welding equipment for 25 years. In 1994, Glenn changed careers to the manufacturing of welding machine consumables with Profax for 23 years until his retirement in 2017.
Glenn was very close to his son Jeremy, and in 2010 they started racing sports cars together. It was a wonderful time in Glenn’s life, being able to spend time with Jeremy, and making many friends along the way. Glenn and Carol created many great memories with friends and family on multiple trips and cruises they enjoyed together. Glenn loved celebrating and sharing his life with family and friends at any and all occasions, which many times included his culinary skills enjoyed by everyone. He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.
In lieu of flowers, Glenn’s family would be honored if donations were made in memory of Sylvia Dalmolin to the Forgotten Angels organization.
Glenn’s family will receive friends and family during a visitation at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland, on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
