Obituary of George Bullmer

George Bullmer, Jr., age 73, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2009 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, wife Tommye, and brother Ken Bullmer. He is survived by his sons, Brad Bullmer & his wife Amy and their children Alexander & Elise, Scott Bullmer & his wife Julie and their soon to be born daughter; stepson Randy Bennett, whom he lovingly helped raise as his own & his wife Vicci and their daughter Rebecca Rose; and stepson Sammy Bennett & his wife Tammi. George was born on September 16, 1935 to George and Mildred (Hahn) Bullmer in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri. George and Tommye married on March 16, 1978 and were happily married for 31 years and remained long time residents of Pearland, Texas. George purchased Popular Printing in 1984 and successfully managed this company for over twenty years. George was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Ms. Judy Orta for her loving and gentle care of Dad. Visitation for George will be on Sunday, July 5, 2009 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home. A Celebration of George’s Life is on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 10:00 am in the Clayton Chapel.
