Obituary of Daniel Ebers

Daniel Ernest Ebers, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Thomas & Melby (Elder) Ebers; his loving wife of 21 years, Kayla; sons, Thomas Ebers & his wife Lexi, Joseph Ebers, Caleb Ebers, and Benjamin Ebers; brothers, Mike Ebers, Randy Ebers & his wife Jeanie, and Jerry Ebers & his wife Julie; sister, Christy Ebers; sister-in-law, Kimberly Elwood & her husband Jason; nephews, Dylan, Brendon & David; and a host of many other family and friends. Daniel was born on February 13, 1965 in Louisiana, Missouri and grew up in Marshall, Missouri. He resided in the Houston area for the last thirteen years. Daniel was a sign language interpreter at church when he and Kayla met. During their twenty-one years of marriage together, they raised four boys and Daniel was their primary home schooling teacher. Daniel was self-employed for Formor International. In his spare time, he loved teaching, cycling and camping with his family, studying the Bible and being a Care Group Leader. Daniel will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and mostly as a loving husband, father, and good provider for his family. A Memorial Service for Daniel will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at 2:00 pm in the Clayton Chapel.
