Obituary of Paul Alexander Coleman

Paul Alexander Coleman III, 12, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2013. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Seaybelle Edwards; and aunt Melissa Edwards. Paul is survived by his parents, Paul II and Jacquelyn Denise Coleman; sister, Maya Elizabeth Coleman; grandparents, James Edwards, Paul Edward and Ruth Mae Coleman; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and people that loved and adored him. Paul became a member of the Fountain of Praise in October of 2012. Some of his favorite activities included listening to all types of music. He was especially fond of classical, gospel, and children’s music. Paul never tired of his music therapy or having people sing to him. He loved meeting new people and traveling to the beach and amusement parks. Paul enjoyed watching his sister, Maya play soccer, watching his favorite kids shows such as Veggie Tales, Barney, Little Einsteins and the Wiggles. He also looked forward to his Dr. Seuss and Eric Carle books. Paul will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. A visitation for Paul will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at The Fountain of Praise, 13950 Hillcroft Ave., Houston, Texas 77085 with Rev. Remus E. Wright officiating. A visitation will start at 10:00 am and the service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pearland, Texas. Following the graveside service there will be a repast at the Fountain Life Center, 14065 South Main, Houston, Texas 77035.
