Obituary of Earnest Eugene Goff

Earnest Eugene Goff, 82 of Pearland, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Authur Lawrence and Fannie May Goff; two brothers and two sisters. Ernie is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Gisela Goff; son, Glenn Goff and wife, Linda; daughter, Margot Goff; sister, Bessie Dunaway; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Jacquilyn Goff; and a host of other family and friends. Ernie was a hard-worker and excellent provider for his family; working in the air-conditioning business his entire career. He was very active in the Masonic Lodge in Pearland for 33 years where he served as Worshipful Master and had been an instructor to many Masons over the years. Ernie was always available to help and assist with any of the activities throughout the years. After retirement, he and Gisela enjoyed traveling, especially their several trips to Germany. Ernie will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. A Memorial Service for Ernie will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.
