Leticia Guadalupe Montemayor passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at her home in Brookside Village, and at the age of 48 years. Leticia was born February 27, 1958 in Valle Hermoso, Tamps., Mexico to the late Jose Maria Canales and Maria Guadalupe Cavazos. She was a parishioner of St. Helen Catholic Church and she leaves to mourn a loving family; her beloved husband, Antonio; three sons, Jose Angel, Victor Antonio and Alan; her mother, Maria Guadalupe; five brothers, Cesar, Jose, Servando, Rafael and Israel; five sisters, Maria, Alma, Juany, Patricia and Olga; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 25, 2006, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, in Pearland. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2209 Old Alvin Rd., in Pearland. Those serving as pallbearers are; Jose M. Canales, Rafael Canales, Servando Canales, Israel Canales, Jose Montemayor, Jr. and Ruben Montemayor.
