Victoria Adams Arnold
Sometime during the early morning hours of October 24, 2105, I lost the love of my life. Vicki was born February 4, 1948 and was adopted by Dr. Granville Quinn Adams, MD and his wife, Stacy Brown Adams who both predeceased her. She is survived by her husband of more than 30 years R.P. Pete Arnold, three step children, Suzanne Joy Brown and her life partner, Lisa Doherty, Jeffrey Peter Arnold and his partner, Collen Russo, Theresa Lynn Gonzalez Arnold, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Vicki was and will remain a focal point of their lives forever as she loved them all dearly. Vicki was a travel agent for Atlas Travel agency in Houston for over twenty years and during her time there was able to travel to many different countries representing the travel agency. She loved plants, so after retiring from Atlas Travel, she started her own business, Arnold’s Greenhouse, growing herbs and flowers for more than sixteen years. Getting tired of talking to plants all day, Vicki got into selling Avon and was very successful at this venture for many years and retiring along with husband Pete to enjoy the rest of their lives traveling and enjoying family gatherings. Vicki was much loved by not only her family but many friends that she made throughout her life. I will always love Vicki and look forward to being with her again in Heaven. We will have a celebration of her life Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 1:00 until 5:00 pm at her home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her honor to the local Houston PBS.
