Obituary of Tiffany Michelle Murrhee
Please share a memory of Tiffany to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Tiffany Michelle Murrhee, 49, joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Resurrection Sunday, April 16, 2017. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ellery and Bertha Murrhee, Carmel and Nadine Ramzy; and aunt, Heidi Murrhee. Tiffany is survived by her father, Jim Murrhee Jr.; mother, Phyllis Herrington and husband, Perry; brothers, Blake Murrhee and John Herrington; aunt, Peggy Williams and husband, Ron; uncle, Austin Ramzy and wife, Linda; and a host of other family and dear friends.
As a specially-challenged young woman who struggled throughout her life, Tiffany exemplified all the best traits of courage, determination, inner strength and love. She battled and fought valiantly from the moment she was born to persevere. Swimming provided an excellent source of therapy and social interaction for Tiffany as she competed on the local swim team. She especially loved competing in the backstroke because she could swim and still carry a conversation with the referees as they encouraged her to keep on swimming. Tiffany took great pride in helping others and although her efforts might take a bit longer or be more of a struggle, she marched on. She took a stand for causes that she felt were important and was an advocate for others that faced similar challenges as she. Tiffany made the best of her time on earth and impacted the lives of all she encountered. She is loved and she will be missed.
