Obituary of Marvin Jay Bolin

Marvin Jay Bolin, a resident of Pearland, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at his home at the age of 35 years. Jay was born January 20, 1972 in Monroe, Louisiana to Marvin Jack Bolin and Sharon Harrell. Jay served with the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Department and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pearland. Jay is survived by a loving family; his mother and step-father, Sharon Harrell and Alfred Hernandez, of Pearland; his father, Marvin Jack Bolin; brother, Craig Bolin and his wife, Kelli, of West Monroe, LA; two nephews, Justin Bolin and Josh Fox; Niece, Kadi Bolin; aunt and uncles, Buddy Harrell and Dennis and Linda Harrell; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services celebrating Jay’s life will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, March 23, 2007, at First Presbyterian Church, 2930 E. Broadway, in Pearland. The family will receive friends before the ceremony, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 24, 2007, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, Louisiana.
