Ayden Carter Ellis, affectionately known as “Ace”, defied the odds of Myotubular Myopathy by sharing his life with us for 16 months.
Ayden was born on December 27, 2012 and lost his battle May 12, 2014. Survivors include his parents Jamus and Claire Ellis of Seabrook,Texas, grandparents Clayton and Shelia Hackett of Seabrook, Texas, grandmother Lee Jones Hackett of Columbus, Mississippi, grandmother Sherry Rush of Columbus, Georgia, his uncle Clay Hackett of Columbus Mississippi, his aunt Andria Ellis of Memphis, Tennessee, great-grandmothers Betty Clyde Jones of Columbus Mississippi, and Shirley Hackett of Boliver, New York.
Visitation will be held at Paul u. Lee Funeral Home Friday May 16, 2014 from 2pm-4pm with a memorial service to follow. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday May 21, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church, 3200 Bluecutt Road, Columbus, Mississippi from 1pm-3pm with a memorial service to follow.
