Nell Austin April 20, 1926 - June 18, 2008 Nell Austin, 82, of La Porte passed away Wednesday June 18, 2008. She was born April 20, 1926 in Fort Worth, TX to Nell and Scarf Cambell. Nell was a member of Bayshore Baptist Church and retired from Justin Boot Company after 40 years. She is survived by children Linda Davis and Richard, James Smith, Olen Smith, Jina Price and Ronnie, grandchildren Olen Smith, Jr. and Ellie, Rebecca Opperman, Richard Smith and Brandi, Lori Taylor and Britt, 14 great grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday June 20, 2008 at 6-8 PM at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday June 21, 2008 at 10 AM at Bayshore Baptist Church in La Porte.
