Born in Houston January 9, 1953 to Arthur Lee and Helen McPhail. Reagan was raised in LaPorte and worked for the City of LaPorte for almost 30yrs, a devoted family man he loved his Children and was “PAP” to his precious Grandchildren, Active with LaPorte Livestock Show and Youth Rodeo, Reagan loved his fishing and baseball, was the kind of person never to have met a stranger. Reagan will leave his Fiancé Stacy Baker, Children, Jenna Marie McPhail, Clinton Reagan McPhail and his wife Janell and their mother Daryl McPhail, Brother Michael Lee McPhail and wife Cindy, Sister Lisa Ann McPhail and wife Johnnie Hogan, Grandchildren are Nolan Reagan McPhail and Sydney Elaine McPhail, Mother Helen McPhail survives along with nieces Kelly Ard and husband Clint and Krista McPhail. Reagan’s wishes were to have his body donated to further medical research and the Family would like all to join them for a Memorial Service to celebrate Reagan’s life at Bayshore Baptist Church in LaPorte Tuesday, November 18 at 11:00 AM.
