Dear Mims family, Words cannot express my sorrow at losing Doyle. He was such a bright spot in an often harsh, dreary world. We were good friends in High School, but lost touch over the years. We became reconnected this last year through e-mail...yes, I was one of his 72 groupies. He brought joy, laughter, and smiles to more poeple than he will ever know. I thank God that He shared Doyle with us as long as He did. My thoughts, prayers, and love I send you. Into Heaven, the angels did lead him. Nelda Wilson Brooks
