Obituary of Michael Joseph Serafin

Michael Joseph Serafin July 04, 1958 - November 25, 2013 Michael Joseph Serafin, 55, of Pasadena, Texas passed away on November 25th, 2013. He was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on July 4th, 1958 to Martin and Mary Serafin, and raised in the same house in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. He was a union worker and worked as a teamster 560 until 2005. Michael moved to Texas and lived in Pasadena, Texas where he worked as a longshoreman in the ILA. He will always be remembered for his witty personality and strong political views. He knew how to enjoy life to its fullest. Mike is survived by his daughter Tara Rolick and husband Thomas Rolick and their two children, Thomas and ChloeAnn, brother Martin Serafin and wife Diane Serafin and their three children. He will always be remembered by April Serafin and the Embrey Family for whom he loved. A memorial will be held at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home in La Porte, Texas on Wednesday December 4th, 2013 from 5:00-8:00PM. Please come to share your memories of Michael.
