Please share a memory of Molly to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Our precious Mama went to be with Jesus on September 3, 2020 after her long battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lung cancer. Molly Kay Malone McClelland, 64, was born in Fort Worth, TX on March 31, 1956 to Claude Forrest and Theo Malone. She was raised in a loving Christian home. Our Mama was dedicated to her family, work and interests. As far back as we can remember she did her best to please everyone around her. She was incredibly creative and enjoyed drawing, painting, music, dancing, crocheting, and she loved gardening. Mama was a wonderful mother to us. She had a great personality, a special brand of humor that would catch you off guard and make you chuckle, and she found laughter in every situation. Her positivity was contagious. She even made a joke and had us laughing in her last words. She is preceded in death by her mother, Theo Malone, and brother, Darryl Malone. She is survived by her father, Claude Forrest Malone and two sisters, Dawn Hahn and Julianne Malone. She also leaves behind her children, Bonnie Smith and Son-in-law, Christopher, Lisa Olson, and Miranda McClelland; grandchildren, Jordan, Annalee and her husband Zackary, Jackson, Madeline, Jayden, London, Macie, Marilynn, Olivia, and Maylen; great-grandchildren, Lyla, Everleigh, and Penelope; and her precious dog, Fifi. A celebration of her life will be held privately by our immediate family. Our family takes comfort in knowing that sweet Mama loves the Lord and she is in His presence now.
