My mother died somewhat unexpectedly. Did not have a preplan in mind. The only thing I knew was that she had pointed out Clayton's as we drove by one time and said she thought that's were she wanted her services to be one day. So, that's where I went. From the moment I walked in the building I felt like they were taking care of me. They stepped me though the whole process and asked me if I had thought of this or that. They have it down to a science, but I felt more like I was talking to a knowledgeable neighbor than a business. Everyone was sweet and kind, even when I was LATE with requested info. When it was time for the services, everything went so smoothly. The facility is beautiful and comfortable and their ability to coordinate everything is superb. The flowers, the church, the priests, the motorcade, the cemetery, the paperwork....everything. It turned out to be a perfect day (as perfect as a funeral can be...) and I believe my mom would have been very pleased with it all. I hope I never have to see them again, but if the need arose, there is no question who I would call. You guys did a GREAT JOB. Thank you so much!

Mr John Clayton is the kindest man. He makes funerals understandable, he helped us with every aspect. There was nothing we asked caused him to be upset, explained it from start to completion.
