Obituary of Diana Menendez

Diana Menendez, 55, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Jesus and Dolores Gonzalez; her loving husband of 35 years, Hector Menendez Jr.; son, Hector Menendez III; daughters, Crystal Brown and husband, Zachary, Febe Prado and husband, Ryan, Samantha Kersey and husband, Christopher; brothers, Jesse Gonzalez and wife, Lorena, Ray Gonzalez and wife, Laura, Hector Gonzalez and wife, Sara; sister, Laura Romans; grandchild, Charlotte Prado and a host of other family and friends. Diana had a very strong faith and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was affectionately known to friends and family by several names; “D”, Mom and her newest name, Grandma. Diana loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. She was an encouragement and inspiration to all. She looked forward to her many trips with Hector and her family and enjoyed traveling where she could shop and go to the beach. Diana will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. A visitation and Memorial service for Diana will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The family will receive friends at 5:00 pm and the service will follow at 6:00 pm.
