Rosemary Armstrong – Born 3/13/1924 in Ottumwa, Iowa to George and Nora Smith and went into the arms of her Lord 8/23/15 in Pasadena, TX. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, John A. Armstrong; daughter Polly Davidson and her husband Bill Davidson of Conroe; daughter Karen Bridges of Channelview; grandson Russ Rosamond and his wife Karen of Pasadena; granddaughter Gina Davidson of Conroe, granddaughter Viki Bridges; great grandson Josh Bridges. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Smith of Bryan, grandson Billy Davidson; son-in-law Allen Rosamond and son-in-law Wayne Bridges and daughter in law Mandy Rosamond.
Rosemary was the rock of the family. She loved life, she loved her family. She was loved and respected by many. She will be missed by many. Her kitties, Annie, Smokey, Tiger, and Spooky will miss their Granny.
A celebration of life will be held at her home on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The family requests donations to the Houston SPCA in lieu of flowers.
