Obituary of Kenneth Lindsey

Kenneth Michael Lindsey, age 60 of West Columbia, Texas, passed away on February 22, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; brothers, Pat Lindsey and Phillip Lindsey; and a host of other family & friends. Ken was born on August 16, 1948 in Ada, Oklahoma to George and Betty Jean (Ryan) Lindsey. He resided in the Houston area since 1983 after spending about three years in Georgia. Ken was known to most people as “K.M.” Lindsey. K.M. was a Pipeline Welder and was very proud of his affiliation with the Local Union 798 out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Cindy and he traveled all over the country while he worked with the Union. K.M. was a very generous man and would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He enjoyed Tournament Darts, sailing and camping. K.M. will be interred at a later date at the National Cemetery in Oklahoma.
