I worked with Lak at NASA for many years. I loved her sense of humor, she was so funny. She was an inspiration for us to do the best. She always made us think about the research and how it best helped NASA.

My sincere condolences! I happened to go to Clayton Funeral Home for business purposes and Lakshmi Putcha's name and face on the photo by the entry some how rang a bell.
I know of only one couple in my life with that name. I can clearly see both of you in my office at Honda of Clear Lake as if it was yesterday. I know of both of you to be very humble and genuine loving people.

Vasanta is one of the most wonderful people I have known. She is role model of a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, relative and friend. Her professional accomplishments are outstanding.
