Obituary of Savitaben Patel

Savitaben “Ba” Patel, 90, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Purushotambhai and Raiba Patel; her husband, Shivabhai Patel; and brother, Ravjibhai Patel. Ba is survived by her sons, Akubhai Patel and wife, Nila, Bharat Patel and wife, Deena; daughters, Ilaben Patel and husband, Pravinbhai, Benaben Patel and husband, Dilipbhai, Svshilhben Amin; ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. Ba was a woman of strong character that devoted her life to raising her family. Being widowed at a very young age, she instilled in her children a strong moral compass, an importance on education and strong faith. Ba loved cooking and preparing meals for her family and always had encouraging words for her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. A funeral service for Ba will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 9:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.
