This was a gut punch finding out online by googling.
I'm glad that we were able to share some laughs and a friendship after all these years. I was hoping against hope that we could share one more Oregon Country Fair together.

My deepest sympathy and prayers to Dale's family. Dale and I shared almost every class from Broad St school to the high school. RIP.

Wednesday July 20th when I present a power point presentation to celebrate your life it will be an emotional event, but one that I just have to do.
We have shared a lot during the years and most importantly your lovely wife Fran, your wonderful son Paul and his wife Jen, your beautiful grand children Jayley, Cheyanne and Beckett will always hold special places in my heart.
Thank you for allowing me to be with you these last couple of years to try and help you during your recent health struggles.
I know that God prepared a better place for you. I will be seeing you some day in that place.
May peace be with you, finally.

Oh my brother, just how do I say goodbye to part of who I am? To the brother who was ALWAYS into what he should not have been, the ornery one. The one who could make me angry and within second have me laughing. You were never afraid or ashamed of saying "I love you." When you loved, it was always with your whole heart. You were the second one of us "kids" to find Jesus and I know that He carried you as much as you walked with Him. Now you see Him face to face. How I envy you! How I love you! How I will miss you! When it is my turn, please meet me by the "front gate."
Your loving sister,
Carol<><

My sincere heartfelt condolences to Dale's entire family. As a long-time friend I can say Dale was one of a kind: funny, warm, outrageous and loving. I hope he is at peace and making whomever laugh in the afterlife. He will truly be missed.
