Obituary of John Eggers

John “Red” Marian Eggers, age 83 of Pearland, passed away on November 18, 2009. He is survived by his sons, Marshall Eggers & his wife Karen, Mike Eggers & his wife Laura, and John Eggers & his wife Jennie; grandchildren, Terrell Eggers, Chad Freeman, Rebecca Grimes, Evan Eggers, Clayton Eggers, and Claire Eggers; great-grandchild, Hunter Grimes; and a host of many other family & friends. John “Red” was born on May 2, 1926 in Eagle Lake, Texas. He proudly served the United States during World War II in the U.S. Army, Company D 19th Infantry. Red and Marion were married for 54 years. He was a member of the local #51 Theatrical Industry Union. John’s family received friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Clayton Chapel.
