Obituary of Rex Baldwin

Rex Baldwin, age 55 of Pearland, passed away on November 23, 2009. He is preceded in death by his father, William Baldwin; and brother, Bill Baldwin. He is survived by his mother, Betty Sue (Coleman) Baldwin; wife, Joanna Baldwin; mother-in-law, Nettie Belle Mills; sons, Cody Baldwin, Rex Baldwin Jr. & his wife Vanessa, and Brandon Armstrong; daughter, Ashley Baldwin; sisters, Nita Baldwin, and Betty Wallace & her husband Darryl; grandchildren, Faith Baldwin, Trey Baldwin, and Nicholas Baldwin; and a host of many other family & friends. Rex was born on December 8, 1953 in Orange, Texas. He resided in the Pearland area for twenty years. Rex was the rock of his family and was always a good provider. He enjoyed spending time by the river, fishing or camping, and could often be found at his computer or listening to any type of music. He really loved his dogs and they were always his faithful companions. Even through all of his health issues, he remained positive for everyone around him and strong in his faith. A Memorial Service for Rex will be held on December 5, 2009 at 10:00 at New Hope Church in Manvel, Texas.
