Obituary of Donald Metzgar

Donald Metzgar, age 73 of Pearland, passed away on November 23, 2009. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gale & Mary (Fahey) Metzgar. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara (Bonacci) Metzgar; son, Donny J. Metzgar; brothers, Joe Metzgar & his wife Daphne, Jerry Metzgar & his wife Carolyn; brother & sisters-in-law, Ed & Tina Agnoni, and Margaret Ann Bonacci; grandchild, Amanda Metzgar; and a host of many other family & friends. Donald was born on February 23, 1936 in Weston, West Virginia. He proudly served his country in the United States National Guard. He resided in La Port, Texas before settling in Pearland for the last two years. Donald was a Plant Manager for Tenaris and was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland. A Funeral Service for Donald will be held on Friday, November 27, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland, Texas.
