My husband and I were neighbors to Ray and his mother in Manvel and out of the many neighbors we’ve had throughout the years Ray was the most caring and loving neighbor of all. I wish we would’ve known and I am so sorry. You will never know what you meant to the two of us! We love you, our sweet neighbor. Here’s to all of the times we got each other out of our muddy yards and hooked hoses to each of our houses because our wells went out. We love you our dear friend and neighbor.
