Obituary of Natalie Marie Wyche
Natalie Marie Miranda Wyche, 49, went to be with our Lord on May 6, 2018. Natalie will forever be remembered and cherished by her mother, Bertha Cruz; grandparents, Ophelia and James R. Houts; sister, Melissa Miranda; nephew, Reginald Miranda; nieces, Victoria Miranda and Alexandria Salyer; great nephews, Landen, Jaiden, Cayden and Luke; and a host of other family members and dear friends.
Natalie was strong in her faith and loved all of her family dearly. Whether it was spending time shopping with her mother and aunts, visiting with her nieces and nephews or having a family meal with cousins, she cherished that time together. She got her first horse when she graduated from high school and quickly became a barrel racer. Natalie’s love for rodeo was contagious, eventually getting all of her family interested. She proudly served on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee for many years and particularly enjoyed when her favorite musician, George Straight, was in town. In addition, she worked as a computer technician for Kelsey-Seybold. Natalie was especially known for her compulsive tendencies when it came to keeping her home spotless and organized, never leaving an item out of place or a countertop with clutter. She loved playing cards, bingo and dominoes with her family and friends. She was a strong, determined woman who never let her illness stop her from doing exactly what she wanted, truly a fighter until the end. Natalie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
