Fred Wayne Collins, 57, died in Houston, TX July 1, 2007. Was born March 4,1950 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his brother Robert Dale Collins. Survivors included sisters Sharon Dickson and Elaine Spangler, wife Kathy Wilson Collins, daughters Michelle Collins, Vickie Johnson, Mary, and step-daughter Rachel, sons Fred Collins and Christopher Collins, as well as grandchildren Chelsea, Brandy, Brittnie Laurenne, Cameron Taylor, and Carson Edward.
Visitation will be held Friday July 6,2007 at 5-7 P.M. at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will also be held Saturday July 7,2007 at 11 A.M. at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home Chapel as well.
In lieu of usual remembrances flowers and memorial gifts may be directed to the American Cancer Society or Houston Hospice. Also donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
