Obituary of Kathryn Ann Hausler

Kathryn Ann Hausler November 15, 1953 - January 17, 2017 Kathryn Ann Ibert-Hausler of Bacliff, Texas passed away peacefully on January 17, 2017 after a battle with cancer. Kathy was born November 15, 1953, in Bryan, Texas while her father, Edward Ibert, taught chemistry and her mother, Frances Ibert, took care of 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She was raised Catholic and became Jehovah’s Witness. Kathy worked in a variety of settings including process operator at a chemical plant, physical therapist, veterinary assistant and childcare. She finally got her bachelor’s degree in education to teach elementary students. Her lifelong dream was to help others and she spent her life dedicated to that premise. Kathy was married twice and divorced twice. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah, and 7 siblings; Charlie, Janet, Toni, David, Tom, Mary and Robert. She is preceded in death by her mother and father and her older brother Michael. Kathryn was received by Paul U. Lee funeral Home for cremation and there will be a private service for the family.
