Richard Herb, 80, of La Porte, Texas passed away Thursday June 4, 2009. He was born June 11, 1928 in Reading, Pennsylvania to Clara and James Herb. He is preceded in death by his son James Herb. Richard is survived by wife Phyllis Herb, children Richard F. Herb II and wife Pam, Paula Whipple, Lorraine Baile, Lynn Wszolek and husband Ron, Vicki Titus and husband Everett, Rhonda Riha, Jeanette Elbertson, Nancy Edens and husband Jerry, Thomas Elbertson, and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
