Diana Bell Hicks-Brown, 69, of La Porte, Texas passed away on June 11th, 2013. She was born in St. Mary’s, Pennsylvania on April 13th, 1944 to Milford and Marcella Hicks. She is survived by her husband Floyd Brown, siblings Linda Valetta and husband Jay, and Bruce Hicks and wife Paula. There will be a visitation on Friday June 14th, 2013 at 3:00PM at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home.
