Obituary of David Joseph Georgini

David Joseph Georgini passed away on November 24, 2007, in Houston, Texas. David is survived by his loving mother, Mary Georgini; sisters Brenda Smith and her husband Ed; and Deborah Beaupre and her husband Gene; four nephews, four great nieces and one great nephew. David was born in Hartford, Connecticut and relocated to the Houston area in 1982. He graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut and also made the Dean’s List. He served in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Africa for four years working in top secret communications. A humble man, David loved animals, taking in all the neighborhood strays, even an opossum! The cats he adopted from his sister Deborah were his pride and joy. David will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service was held in the evening on Thursday, November 29, 2007, in the Clayton Chapel.
