Please share a memory of Roger to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Roger Lynn LeVier February 17, 1951 - August 08, 2015 Roger Lynn LeVier made his entrance into the world on February 17th, 1951. On the 8th of August 2015, at the age of 64, Roger passed away. Roger was one of a kind. He never met a stranger and loved telling jokes. A man who required very little to be happy and a man who was liked by all who met him. He touched a lot of lives during his time here through his humor and kindness. His character, quick wit and love for family is a legacy that will live on through the memories of those he cherished. From early on, Roger understood that family was the heartbeat of life. He had great compassion and respect for his parents and two sisters. Anyone who had the honor of knowing Roger can agree on one thing, there was nothing he loved more than being a father. Daughter Michele and son Nick were the twinkle in his eye. He thought the world of his children and they thought their daddy hung the moon. Roger helped raise them both to be strong willed, independent children who knew the importance of hard work, solid values and a good personality. Roger’s children gave him years of happiness and fun memories and then blessed him with three grandsons. Zach, Garrett and Ty were their Papa's pride and joy. Although they did not have near long enough time with him, they gave him a lifetime full of joy. As Roger rides his Harley through the streets of heaven, know he is smiling and thinking of his two children, three precious grandkids, family and friends. Roger is survived by his mother Dolores “Nanny” LeVier, his sisters Amy Schultz and Frances Hobbs. Daughter Michele Schooley and husband Stephen and son Nicholas LeVier and wife Angie. Grandchildren Zach Schooley, Garrett Schooley and Ty LeVier. A memorial visitation will be Friday August 14, 2015 from 5-8 at Paul U. Lee.
