Obituary of Angela Marie Lindeen

Angela Marie Lindeen July 23, 1948 - December 01, 2013 “Angie” passed away peacefully Sunday morning at home. Angie was born July 23, 1948 in Freeport, Texas to Doris Ellen Gasek and John Leo Gasek JR. She married Stephen Wade Lindeen, SR. on August 25th, 1968. She and Steve first lived in Deer Park, Texas and for the last 41 years have lived in La Porte, where they raised their 2 sons. Angie believed in God with her whole heart and soul. She was a loving and giving person. She was a beloved wife, great mom, wonderful grandmother, and a special friend to many. Angie had a green thumb and loved to work on the landscaping in her front and back yards. She also loved to go camping and fishing. She was a strong woman, self-sufficient and was successful in everything she did. Life will never be the same without her. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Patrick. She is survived by her husband Steve, her son and daughter in law Stephen and Windi Lindeen of San Antonio, son Christopher of La Porte, grandchildren Vitoria and Gavin, brother John, sisters Patty and Delores, one niece and many nephews. A memorial will be held at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home in La porte on Saturday December7th, 2013 2:00PM.
