Annette Byrum Rae, Born December 28, 1963 in San Francisco, California passed away on July 22, 2017 at the age of 53 in La Porte, Texas.
She and her husband Colin Rae lll were married for 21 years. Together they raise 5 children; Nathan Fabian 31, Honore’ Fabian 26, Rocki Rae 20, Colin Rae IV 20, and Ryder Rae 18.
Annette and her family have spent over 25 years nurturing, caring and fostering hundreds of children at The Boys and Girls Harbor in Morgan’s Point, Texas.
Annette was preceded in death by her mother Edna Ramus-Means. Along with her husband and children she is survived by her Grandmother Doris Dye, Brother Joseph Byrum, Daughter-in-law Brandy Fabian and granddaughters Abby and Aubrey Fabian, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins and a close net family of friends.
Her beautiful, everlasting smile and her goodwill towards all will be her legacy.
