Fred E Westergren August 17, 1924 - March 03, 2015 Westergren Fred E. Westergren Jr, 90, Lifetime resident of La Porte. Passed away surrounded by his family on March 3rd, 2015. Born in Houston, TX on August 17th, 1924. Preceded in death by Parents Fred and Edna, Brother Doyle, Daughter Tynette Christian. Survivors include his Wife Linda Westergren, Children, Cara Lynn Williamson, and Husband J.B. Gorden Westergren and Wife Sandy, Cyresia Oliphant and Husband Lance, Michah Christian along with 7 Granchildren and numerous Great Grand Children. A reception and celebration of Fred’s life will be Saturday March 7th, from 11 – 2 at Main 101 Grill. 101 E. Main St. La Porte, TX. 77571. In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to Kids Count Foundation at St. John’s Episcopal Church, La Porte TX, Junior Golf Program at Bay Forest Golf Course, or the charity of your choice.
