Walter “Buster” Wright, 94, of La Porte, Texas passed away on March 27th, 2013. He was born in San Diego, California on June 25th, 1918 to John and Lucy Wright. He is preceded in death by his wife Fay Wright and son Mark. Walter is survived by his children Walter Wright, Jr. and wife Beverly, Peggy Wright, Cathleen Wofford and husband Danny, 16 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, and numerous foster Children and foster Grandchildren . A memorial service for Buster Wright will be held Thursday, April 4th at 6:00 pm at First Baptist Church La Porte 301 S. Broadway, La Porte, TX 77571. Services and private family burial will be held in Shingletown, California at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to:
