I am so sorry to read Richard Bricker's obituary today. I am Karen Gold and I knew Janie through my sister. I and my family attend St. Mary's Church. I also am a dialysis patient where Richard also was treated. His chair was next to mine and he always said hello to me. He gave me copy of his book about ships which I have enjoyed. I know he hated his treatments, but like me had no choice. My late husband Joe Gold and I lived in Shoreacres also. He is in a better place and reunited with the love of his life. Life was full for him. He brought me lemons one morning. I will remember him in my prayers. Karen Gold
