Obituary of Tommye Sue Bullmer

Tommye S. Bullmer, age 63, passed away peacefully in her home on May 19, 2009 in Pearland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, George Bullmer, Jr.; sons, Sammy Bennett & his wife Tammi; Randy Bennett & his wife Vicci & their daughter Rebecca Rose; Scott Bullmer & his wife Julie & soon to be born daughter; stepson Brad Bullmer & his wife Amy, & their children Alexander and Elise; brother, James Sowell, Sr. & his wife C.L.; sisters, Sybil Baker & her husband Bill, Nancy Bridges & her husband Garlan, Judy Sembera & her husband Jerry, and Vicki Freeman & her husband Jack and a host of many other family & friends. The family wishes to thank Judy Orta, Paulina Almendariz and Houston Hospice for their loving and gentle care of Tommye. Tommye S. Bullmer, age 63, passed away peacefully in her home on May 19, 2009 in Pearland , Texas . She was born October 24, 1945 to Omar and Ida Sowell in Conway , Arkansas . Tommye married her husband George Bullmer, Jr. on March 16, 1978. They were happily married for 31 years. Tommye had a successful business career and helped run Popular Printing with George for 20 years. Tommye has been a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Tommye was a Christian and her faith guided her in life. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2009 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home. Services to celebrate her life will take place on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. also at Clayton Funeral Home. The entombment will follow directly at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas.
